UPRR Railroad Bridge Fire Bulletin

The UPRR lost a bridge due to a fire in Soutwest, Arizona, delaying all Eastbound and Westbound traffic by 48 to 72 hours.

On Sunday, January 15, at 1:45 a.m., a bridge fire was reported at Blaisdell between Yuma and Wellton, Arizona. The entire bridge has been destroyed.

A temporary route is open and moving the traffic until a permanent resolution has been made.
