Purchase of Interdean Group Asian Subsidiary

UniGroup Worldwide has reached an agreement to purchase Interdean Group’s Asian subsidiary with locations in Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and the Philippines.

This acquisition provides a strategic advantage for UniGroup Worldwide in an increasingly important region of the world. Additionally, the purchase will provide a platform from which expansion into the broader commercial forwarding area can be launched. UniGroup Worldwide-Asia will be lead by Managing Director Tim Ng, who is based in Singapore.

This purchase provides further evidence of our commitment to drive increased revenues from adjacent businesses. We will be providing our agency family more information on this exciting addition to the UniGroup family.
