Nationwide Strike in Nigeria (January 9, 2012) It has been brought to our attention by agents in Africa and corroborated by news sources, that Nigeria has been brought to a standstill by a strike over the doubling of fuel prices. UniGroup Worldwide representatives and move managers are aware and tracking the shipments scheduled to/from this area. Ports (air and sea) and customs clearances may be delayed due to this situation.
