Extended Protection Program

(Effective July 1, 2003)

UniGroup Worldwide offers coverage on your goods through the Extended Protection Program (EPP). Adoption of the EPP is in response to many states' insurance regulations which restricts the selling of insurance products.

EPP will operate like the former insurance program, but eliminates the actual sale of insurance by a UniGroup Worldwide representative.

If a transferee elects not to purchase any coverage, UniGroup Worldwide's liability, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the International Order For Service, is zero (except where superceded by an international transportation agreement or contract).
