Regional Office Opens In Toronto, Canada   (June 12, 2002)

UniGroup Worldwide UTS is pleased to announce the signing of an agreement to immediately open a full-service international freight forwarding operation in Toronto, Canada. This is an expansion of the specialized Canadian Department at the St. Louis Headquarters and offers international freight forwarding, move management, sales and marketing support services for Canadian agents.  

UniGroup Worldwide UTS Canada will be responsible for recruiting representatives, managing the trademark policies and global standards of performance among Canadian service providers.   "As in the United States and around the world, brand management and uniform quality standards are critical components of global move management for our multinational clients.   We know that this new venture will add value." said Mike Kranisky, President of UniGroup Worldwide UTS in the United States.
