Complete Service MTSS will design, manage, and implement the entire relocation project. The complete service offers customers the flexibility to maintain their business without augmenting staff. MTSS will integrate into the customers operation and work closely with all customer key stakeholders to design a relocation plan that meets the customer's budget, time and availability requirements. MTSS will manage all aspects of the customer relocation to include vendor coordination, scheduling, transportation, valuation coverage, de-install/installation, site preparation, office relocation, and asset positioning. MTSS can also provide solutions for data migration, data availability, and resources to accomplish these goals in our complete service offering.

Medical relocations are some of the most demanding and complex projects. This is due to the 24x7x365 need for continuous care coupled with the human element of unpredictability and extensive specialized gear. As a result, these projects require planning, asset accountability, and flexibility for dynamic project changes and consideration for the needs of unique patient circumstances
MTSS provide technical project personnel who are familiar with the medical industry and the unique needs of patients. MTSS will assist in the planning, logistics, strategy, and availability needs of the medical institution. MTSS can provide relocation of patient rooms, operating rooms, radiology, oncology, obstetrician, and high end MRI and scanners to support any medical relocation situation.
Our relocation of these complex items will be performed in a careful and systematic manner using specialized rigging and packaging. Medical project often require strategies of staging and systematic relocation based on departments.
Our personnel will work with hospital administrators to develop strategies that maximize access much needed healthcare applications, assets, and resources while maintaining the relocation schedules and timelines. This includes, pre-staging patient rooms, acquisition of pre-positioning beds, and asset solutions for high availability units such as scanners and MRI units. Similar to IT services, both complete and supportive services are available for medical relocation activities as well.
UniGroup MTSS offers relocation of laboratory and high value equipment to support those customers who need to move and require special care for their complex testing, IT and manufacturing equipment. These types of gear require the most delicate packaging and protection during shipment to maintain their system integrity. MTSS can assist customer with total transportation and logistics services that insure these items arrive on time and in working order.
MTSS can provide de-installation/installation services to handle even the largest units. Our technical leads will work with the customer to establish a timeline that meets the customer needs and provides adequate protection for the units during handling and transit. UniGroup MTSS expertise extends to assisting customers who require relocations services for their office/plant/facilities. Similar to IT, Medical, and Lab relocation offerings, these services are available in both complete and supportive packages to provide customers maximum flexibility. Movement of these facilities can be a short notice event and complex project. - Hospitality (FF&E) Relocation: UniGroup MTSS completed a de-installation and installation of a twenty-five story, 5-Star Hotel within a period of 48 days. Each floor was unique in configuration and consisted of six different floor plans. The logistics of this project involved coordination of loading and unloading trucks of product on narrow, congested, downtown streets with limited space and parking. Loading and unloading had to be completed within a specified timeframe and within designated locations. The product was staged in limited areas and distributed while hotel and conference areas maintained full operation and schedules. Throughout the project MTSS worked in conjunction with other tradesman to enable total refurbishment and meet the completion deadline. This often involved providing services around the tradesmen who were on activities on the same floor and rooms as the installers. The crew consisted of custom installers along with install moving teams that completed the installation of 410 rooms.
- Laboratory Relocation: UniGroup MTSS provided transportation, de-installation, and planning for an international laboratory relocation. The project included the relocation of multiple cryogenic freezers; lab equipment, office equipment and IT gear. The project required in-transit refrigeration of freezers up to 80 degrees below zero. Generator powered reefer trucks were supplied via UniGroup to maintain the required temperature. As with all projects UniGroup is uniquely positioned to provide turnkey solutions covering all aspects of a technical relocation project.
- IT Relocation: UniGroup MTSS assisted a large IT equipment manufacturer in the relocation of several hundred servers from one location to another local destination. As part of this project, UniGroup provided de-install and install teams working around the clock. Services included de-installation, packing, unpacking, and re-installation. Both servers and rack sliders were relocated and re-installed. The project occurred for two consecutive weekends and was successfuly completed on time.
- Medical IT Relocation: UniGroup MTSS provided relocation, de-installation and installation of a medical IT center over four phases. Required climate transportation was provided for the nearly 1000-mile journey. Technicians provided install and de-install services, as well as connectivity and power up.
- Co Location IT Relocation: UniGroup MTSS combined efforts with several data center relocations and their customers who needed to relocate their operations to co-location facilities. As part of this need, UniGroup MTSS provided de-installation, installation, power down, spare parts, climate transportation and consulting services.
- Large IT Equipment Relocation and Removal: UniGroup MTSS provides de-installation, relocation, scrap and removal services for complex IT environment.
- Emergency Office and IT Relocation: As part of the aftermath to Hurricane Katrina, UniGroup MTSS relocated a US Government entity that was displaced as a result of the storm. Services included climate transportation of several thousand IT backup tapes, relocation of IT equipment and servers, relocation of critical files, and relocation of personnel and their personal affects. The relocation was serviced to several different locales and areas. The project was completed in less than one week and allowed for the entity to regain operational continuity.
- IT Computer Room Cleanout: UniGroup MTSS has completed jobs that include a total cleanout of IT facilities to support customers who have consolidated or relocated operations. As part of the solution UniGroup has scrapped, recycled, and disposed of IT equipment pursuant to customers needs for privacy protection, and asset reuse.
- Backup IT Center Relocation: UniGroup MTSS met and discussed relocation services to a west coast based banking operation. The solutions required that UniGroup provided de-install services, packing, transportation, and armed security guard to protect the assets in transit. Additionally, using our VanStar® and MayStar® systems, the customer was able to track their shipments in transit and schedule personnel based on estimated arrival times.
- Medical Center Relocation: UniGroup MTSS has provided labor, transportation and project management services supporting several hospital relocation activities. Included in projects are installation services and deployment services to assist in getting the new hospital location up and running.
