As an authority on the Asia Pacific region, our relocation experts communicate to each customer a timeline of expectation of receipt of their goods. For example, shipments that move through Singapore customs on the average, take anywhere from five to seven days to clear. Each customer should be fully prepared to provide a photocopy of their passport picture and an authorization letter for the destination agent to handle within the customs department. This will help expedite the process.
